Glenn Hansen's Bio: I was an idealist magazine editor 20-some years ago, and my boss - the publisher - kept telling me that my job was really about sales more than writing. She was right. And wrong. Writing can sell, but today, it better not sound "sales-y." I'm the owner of HansenHouse Communication, an independent ad agency I created 8 years ago to help businesses communicate and tell their stories. I work with multi-national companies as well as independent service professionals. I look forward to talking with you about business storytelling today, and the evolving opportunities in business communication.
