Operation Community Cares

About Us

Founded in 2002, by Ryan J Orr, Operation Community Cares is an effort to support the troops being deployed from Southern California by building a bridge between our communities and our deployed military personnel through education and volunteer opportunities. The primary focus of the organization has been to send our military, “A little bit of home for the holidays”, through care packages.
As an all-volunteer, grass roots, organization Operation Community Cares depends upon the community for everything, the items to ship, the funds to ship them, and the labor to pack the care packages.
